Welcome to SyncTalk(TM) v1.0
by SoDeog Technologies(TM)!

------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------
SyncTalk(TM) technology overview
------------------------------------------------------------------

SoDeog Technologies provides ground breaking software that
addresses one of the key problems in the mobile computing market
space today: Handheld devices only talk to devices of their own
kind.

The solution is a common language for these devices to
communicate with each other effectively. Our product, SyncTalk(TM),
is that common language platform.

SyncTalk(TM) is software that enables wireless "Device2Device"
information exchange. SyncTalk(TM) enables handheld computer and
cell phone users to exchange contact, appointment, and memo information
wirelessly, eliminating the need for business cards and hand
written messages. SyncTalk(TM) currently works specifically for
the Windows CE, Palm Computing, and EPOC32 platforms.

Check out SoDeog Technologies' web site at <http://www.sodeog.com>

Known Issues and Limitations
------------------------------------------------------------------

SyncTalk(TM) incorporates extensive Contact and Appointment
information as well as the ability to send notes/memos wirelessly.

Palm Computing Platform:
------------------------

Addresses:

-Address information received from a device platform that combines
work and personal information (such as EPOC or Windows CE)
will result in two uncategorized Addresses. The next release
will place these two Addresses into appropriate categories.

Windows CE Platform:
--------------------

-SyncTalk will report a receiving error on some Windows CE devices if
SyncTalk is open while Win CE device is connected to a desktop
computer using ActiveSync. Some devices have a hardware
limitation in using the serial port and infrared port
simultaneously. The error will terminate if the AutoReceiving
 feature in SyncTalk is disabled.

-Sending notes is not supported on an HPC 2.0 device. Sending Contacts
and appointments is supported. SyncTalk for HPC 2.11 devices
 transfers all content, including notes.

EPOC Platform:
--------------

-Notes cannot yet be saved. The next release will remedy this.

-If the Agenda file, Data file for contacts, or the Contacts file
is already open by another application, SyncTalk(TM) will show blank
displays for the view of the information. For example, if the
Agenda file is opened by the Agenda application, SyncTalk(TM) view
 of appointments will be blank.
